We understand that life happens. In consideration of all of our guests and our service providers, please contact us as soon as possible if you are running behind schedule. Depending on the length of your service, arriving 5-10 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Guests with multiple late arrivals will be required to prepay for their services.

• We require 24-hours notice for reservation cancellations. Cancellations within this window will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. No call / no show guests will be required to provide a credit card for all future visits.

We want you to love the home care products you purchase from JJ Wright's. If you are not pleased with your new product, we accept exchanges for something better suited to your needs. Product refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

Our goal is that you love your look - period. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service.
