We love meeting new people! Send us a friend or loved one and you'll both receive $10 off any service of your choice.

Discount for referred guest is only valid for new guests. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Please present your referral card to receive your discount.

Loyalty Punch Card

At JJ Wright's, we appreciate your loyalty! After 5 visits, you will receive $5 off the service of your choice. Ask us for details and to receive your first punch card.

Running late?

We understand that life happens. In consideration of all of our guests and our service providers, please contact us as soon as possible if you are running behind schedule. Depending on the length of your service, arriving 5-10 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Guests with multiple late arrivals will be required to prepay for their services.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hours notice for reservation cancellations. Cancellations within this window will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. No call / no show guests will be required to provide a credit card for all future visits.

Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love the home care products you purchase from JJ Wright's. If you are not pleased with your new product, we accept exchanges for something better suited to your needs. Product refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

Service Adjustments

Our goal is that you love your look - period. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service.
